Default It's done.......8^)

Here we are at 8:30 this morning:

And here we are at 5:00 this afternoon:

So any of you were wondering what an Avant w/ Bilstein sports and H&R V8 springs looked like, here you go.

It's lower than I thought it would be.....not that I'm unhappy. I can't wait to get the ABT's back on this weekend. Ride is vastly improved from a performance standpoint......rough roads hurt more but I'm willing to make the trade-off.

So....thoughts?

Default I'm sure it will look better than it did last summer.

Default I have Bilsteins and H&R Sport. It rides a bit rougher but the handling is amazing. Body roll ..

is gone for good. I should say that I have to deal with pot holes and broken tarmac all the time, that's why I say ride is not cushy, but if you drive on decent roads, ride is fine, better than stock IMHO.

Default Looks good, any spacers?

I just did the same springs/shocks (plus ECS camber plates) on my UrS6 Avant, and also used the ECS "13mm" (really 10mm) spacers in the back. It sits perfectly (same gap f-r) while unloaded, and just a little lower in the rear with 100 lbs or so in the back. No problems with typical speedbumps, but do need to watch high curbs and driveway dips now. Handling is of course much better, but still would like to do the HRSB and 17x8" rims.

Default Now some real nice 17 in. wheel with a good tire and it will be complete!
