Is your current S6 paid for? Personally I'd pass.......
everyone is saying what a great car it is but I think BMW screwed up the 3 series too much. The E46 M3 is as good as it got for BMW and the styling has been down hill ever since. Having been a new grad, the last thing you want to worry about after getting out of school is a big car payment. If the S6 is paid for I'd continue to drive that until you get some real buffer or a house. Just my 2 cents.

I have a place to live already, and I paid off the car 3 years ago... And if I can get 12k for the..
car, my family said they'd match it (grad present) and make the $47k car a $23k loan. So it's very tempting!

Since you're moving to FL and quattro/AWD is not needed have you considered......
a used M3? I'm a firm believer in buying used, letting the first owner taking the hit on depreciation. There is a glut of very cool/excellent condition used cars out there that can be had for less than 30K.

Pass on the BMW, your S6 is sweet. Have them give you the...
cash they would have matched and put it away for a little while. You've got a place to live, etc. Start off without the loan and give yourself a great head start. Just my opinion, either way you end up with a really nice ride. Good luck!
