710B = the orignal OE UrS4/S6 stock bypass valve PN, as explained HERE

What you want is the 710N from the Audi TT.

As Dave said, you want 710N. Ask B5ers, have 710N in my Urs for 4 years now and "0" issues

What about the 710 sport that MTM sells on their website. It just says 710 with no numbers or letters after it.

Did you bother to read the information on the 710N valve? It appears not since the 710 sport was mentioned as being essentially identical. It appears you had this 710 sport in mind before you asked for help and only show your cards when the advice doesn't support it.

The sport valve is not much more. Buy it if it makes you happy. But, asking for advice and not bothering to read it is not the way to get help on any forum. You may wonder why some questions are left unanswered...
