My clutch pedal dropped to the floor the other day.Can I confirm this is the slave master cylinder?

Default Same thing happened to me last summer. It was the rod that actuates

the master cylinder that snapped in half. I was 20 miles from home and I practiced rev matching to get home.

Ended up welding the rod back together as it happened on Saturday and I needed the car for Monday.

If you have the time, its easier just to buy a new master.

if you can get dealer cost i found it was cheaper to go to audi for the parts
