Default Need help identifying a wheel

I'm having a hard time with this one.. I'm looking at buying this wheel and have spoken to the seller, but can't find any info on it. Anyone know what model BBS wheel this is? It's a 16x8 with 35mm offset and 5x112 pattern, so it should fit ok. My biggest concern is fitting over my 314mm rotors (BIRA system 3 - 996 Carrera calipers)

The wheel appears to have a small sticker on it saying "Design 5000". The rivets are gold-colored and appear to be cosmetic.

Anyone have any info?

Thanks

-James

Default very soft as in...?

am I going to constantly be worried about bending these things?

If they fit over the brakes, would they make decent track wheels with the right rubber on them? Current wheels are the stock Avus 16x7.5 and I'm trying to decide what to do so I can have some track wheels and some 'normal' wheels

Default I don't think you EVER need to worry about bending 16s.

I rather like them. I'd get them if I wasn't in cahoots with someone for some parts right now.

Default won't clear my brakes

darn

just checked the BIRA site and I'm getting

"BBS RF - did not fit. Very deep face and will require a HUGE spacer"

bummer!

open season, though... wheels are on Audifans and the seller seems pretty cool

I bent the stock 15's on my Coupe in a man sized pothole once.

Default Ha! I thought that about my winter 15s.

But I seriously bent two of them on the same hole in the Callahan tunnel.
Just glad I didn't have the Avus wheels on when I hit it.
