I was SO looking forward to this morning's commute... until I discovered my frozen parking brake. 
Well, even if my parking brake hadn't been seized, the roads were all clear and dry by 7am. I think the road-salting trucks were out all night, preventing the development of any icy/slick road conditions. Besides, northern NJ didn't get too much precipitation to begin with.

I'm in Maine and it's snowing like crazy here right now. I'm going out at lunch to find an empty parking lot to have a little fun. Just got my new snows on so I need to test them out.

It un Seizes after a few minutes
Once the brakes warm up, it happens to me sometimes.
If you have it really cranked and cant drive, thats another story.
