OK,I'm a bonehead ....need a cam gear

I removed my AAN cylinder head for rebuilding and was lazy and used an impact to remove the cam gear bolt ...broke the keyway off .
Anyone have a cam gear that they want to sell??

I'd go used. When was the last time you heard of one failing?

Besides this one, which is the result of gorilla disassembly tactics and not a normal failure.

How do you know the disassembler of the used part didn't use an impact wrench?

There's not a lot of mystery - it's a metal part.

I'd be satisfied with a visual inspection. Sure, there could be micro cracks not visible to the human eye, but a new one could have manufacturing defects.

I would never buy a used water pump, heater core, coil pack, or any part of that nature. But a used cam sprocket is like a used wheel.
