Is it possible my turbo is dieing? My car is getting slower and slower ,I have a MRC chip with...
3 bar MAP.Long time ago I used G-tech for Hp/TQ and I got around 220-230 hp at the wheels,now I used the same weight and etc. and only got 178ATW.
I'm still getting 24psi of boost but the turbo is makeing this siren sound when not boosting and when boosting it sounds like a big semi truck turbo "dentis drill" according to b5 forum.There is a video on youtube that b5 S4 is making the same sound and the guy said it's b/c of a bad turbo.
Is it possible that I still get 24psi but NO power. "No boost leaks or ignition problems"

No oil loss or smoke,compression is 160,160,150,160,140 car is not pulling as it used to....
it might be in my head b/c I was driving a chipped B5 S4 for a while, but g-tech shows that car is low on power too.
