I put my MTM +1 chip back in the ECU for now, the proper way this time. Just to troubleshoot the problem. And the fuse that blew was a 5 amp ATC style. It was either the far right or second to the right fuse I don't remember right now.

Default Are you mixing Boost & Fueling chips ?
The Boost & Fuel chips must be from identical providers and for the same release.
