Default PSA - Phishing scam

Went to eBay, typed "audi s6" as search parameter, and found a listing for "My Wife" with a half nekkid chick.

Click on the link, and it's an eBay prompt for sign in. DON'T! The link in the address box is an Italian address, and would get used to grab your info.

Default Clicking on the link leads to the fake sign in.

So there is no eBay item link.

I did report it, and now it's gone, so maybe I can call off the warning?

Default eBay phishing scam, now under "S4".

The link posted, if you look carefully at the URL, points outside of eBay. This comes from clicking a hottie link in the S4 group of eBay Motors.

Don't fall for it!<ul><li><a href="http://www.ciccone.com.ar/~almacen/.../signineBayISAPIdllSignInco_partnerld/=2pUserId=0pageType=pa1=i1=bshowgif=UsingSSL/=ru=pp=pb2pUserId=0pageType=pa1=i1=/bshowgif=UsingSSLSignInUsingSSL=1/pUserId=co_partnerId=2siteid=0ru=/main.htm

Default I really wanted to see the original *page* containing the link. Not the Link itself

Was this in an email. Or was it a page listing within eBay ?

Default Link actually in eBay.

I reported both.

So, you'd click on the item description link and get the fake sign-in page.

I did the "Rod Johnson" and "12incher".
