Quick Q: FT/Lbs of Torque on the Wheel Lug Bolts?

As far as lug bolts go, I've found that the best setting is:
So tight that they wont loosen by themselves, and not so tight so that the wife/girlfriend/you can change a flat somewhere in BFE with the lug wrench you carry with you in the car. Brother let me tell ya, the first time that you let your chick borrow the car and she gets a flat in the middle of nowhere and she can't get your fargin lugs loose,(of course, she left the AAA card in the other purse) you'll remember this bit of info.
