Can someone give me more info about these injectors flow ratings compared to stock and rs2 ones? I meant, how much hp figures can they take (from my understanding they flow aprox 30% more of rs2 ones, and this could be something like - 400hp (Mihnea rs2-level chips proves that) )? The problem lies around the fuel delivery - in some runs on my s4/rs2 ex.mani/rs2 turbo and with programmable ECU (megasquirt) the car seems to be running very lean - we couldn't get the best out of it because of pinging! I set the MAP to 2.5max for not getting to see the grass under the engine valve cover....
This weekend I am putting a bigger fuel pump and hope this will help out to solve the ping-pong. Maybe I had to go with 42lb/h injectors....

is their cost (less than half of the RS2 injector) and availability (the RS2 injectors have been hard to find in addition to being expensive).
Supposedly, the normal C4 Scar fuel pump is good for 400 hp. However, I personally don't think so. Sean Douglas and I did some tests and we couldn't get our stock fuel pumps to deliver the proper pressure, i.e. 86 psi (28 psi boost plus 4 bar (58 psi) in the FPR). Not sure about flow at those pressures.
I have changed to a Bosch (OEM style) pump AND relayed the fuel pump to the battery. Still not enough to prevent pinging with the "370" software. The only other solutions were a) less aggressive software or b) a 60 mm Bosch Motorsport "044" fuelpump somewhere in the system. They can be tank mounted - but you need a 60 mm pump cradle/carrier and a few bits (e.g. different fittings).
Good luck

with a stock fuel pump...just recently dynoed at 442hp/430 ft/lbs ATW. I think that the real culprit may be the voltage delivered to the fuel pump. He is also running at altitude but dont think he has had any fuel problems.
