Default S4 U boat

Well we had 8 inches of rain I think on monday and the drain on the cowl was blocked up.I vacuumed out two gallons of water from the floor and the car ran for about 15 minutes with the check enging light on. Now the car wont start the check engine light wont come while cranking anymore. I figured I smoked a computer but which one?Any help would be appreciated
Thanks
Dave

Default Bummer dude, the computer is in the passenger footwell.

Pull it, pull the cover off and dry it out and do not put it back in till it is completely dry and the water is out of the car. If you are the luckiest man in the world it will still work. I have only been successful drying out a computer once and having it live. It was in a Passat a couple of years ago and it was drowned by the same cause, plugged plenum drains. Good luck.

I bet it will work once it's dry. You probably popped the ECU fuse. It's down in that area too.

Default You want to open it up and let it dry. Photo and instructions inside.
