Serp. Belt tensioner: There a way to replace the bearing in the pulley w/o buying the whole ass.?

Default You have to "pin" the tensioner in its contracted form. (Use a wrench to ...

pull the tensioner back to its contracted form and slip a pin (nail) through the two holes when they line up.
