No start condition, when it last ran it ran great except toward the top at around 20 psi (MTM 1+) it would miss. Ignition switch is new so thats out, I could swear i don't hear the fuel pump prime though. Is that the next logical step?

Default 2111 code info from SJM's website.

2111 (Blink Fault Code), 00513 VAG1551/2 Fault Code Number
RPM sensor (G28)
Open or short circuit, sensor malfunction
Defective sensor & cables, metal fragments on flywheel teeth
Symptom: Engine will not start, misfires, may stop running
NOTE: I (Scott) have seen this fault code occur after cranking the engine during a no start condition
in a few rare cases where there was nothing wrong with the RPM sensor

Default The UrS fuel pump does NOT prime with the key just "on".The ECU does not fire the J17 FP relay until

it gets a signal from the Cam Position Sensor (CPS).<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4s6/msgs/149827.phtml">Link to FP Relay Function info in the FAQ</a></li></ul>

Default 2111 might be real. Suggest swapping in a known to be good G28. Link inside

Default Why do all the forum archives say that when the engine isn't running above 28 rpms your going to

get the engine speed 2111 code anyway?

Default

Because that is what the ECU is expecting. 28 RPM = approximate cranking speed during starting.

Default And then there is the possibility that your crank position pin went AWOL. See inside.

Crank position pins have been known to just fall off. Causes engine run/start failure. Need to pull the starter to check. (On a hoist or something so you can turn the wheels with the engine in gear).

See post link below for pin photo.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4s6/msgs/108072.phtml">Skollie's post re: location of crank position sensor pin.</a></li></ul>
