Default Some greasy oil on this L-shape pipe.

I hate my car right now.after i've checked for the pressure leak.I've found out that there's some greasy on out from this L-shape pipe(on the back of the valve cover).and also look along the line i found 2 valves the bigger and smaller one.
also found some greasy on the hose connected to this 2 valves.I think that would be the PCV valves. So
1.Is that greasy oil caused from only the loosen clamp?
2.Is that also the caused of pressure leak?
3.Is this 2 PCV valves related with the pressure test procedure?Do i need to disconnect any hose before do the pressure test(In detail pls)?
4.How does the PCV functional?

So I need a lot help right now Pls..
Thank You a lot
POP K.

Default Hey you stole my picture!

Greasy oil in the tube in normal. It's part of the crankcase breather system.

is this also the caused of boost leak?also got greasy on hose that connected to PCV.
may be i need to ask for the mechanic to reclimp on all clamp.
