Default It depends on what the correct torque value is- per ECS's site, you shouldn't have to replace them

Installation torque of a lot of critical fasteners is "torque to yield", which stretches the bolt so they shouldn't be reused- see Queensland Corvette club link above. AAN head bolts fall into this category, but I'm not sure the 993TT caliper bolts do.

For a M12X1.5 grade 10.9 bolt, yield torque is 123 newton-meters or 90 lb-ft. However, ECS's site (assuming it's correct- I couldn't find another reference) indicates that the caliper to bracket bolts should be torqued to only 62 lb-ft, which is well under the yield torque. This means that you should be able to safely reuse them.
