Still hesitating under heavy load. Going crazy. Help!

Twice I thought I'd fixed this problem. But I was wrong. Classic coil #5 failure symptoms: Perfect start, smooth idle, good accleration under normal load. But get in it on a hill in 3d and floor it, car hesitates and bogs down to nothing.
So I:
1. Replaced coil, cleaned connectors, connections, regreased POS heat sinks. Car worked fine.
2. TWo weeks later, same problem. Checked PO's records. Found plugs had 40k on them. Replaced plugs, connectors. Cleaned all connections. Car worked fine
Two weeks later. Same problem.
Sugestions for what I should look for next? MAF? BPV? (The Michelin Man hose is tight, no cracks. Other hoses seem ok. Fuel filter replaced 2 months ago.)
