Sun Visor Removal??

I pried at the front of the plastic cover (edge facing the glass) and it feels like it's freed up a bit, but just won't budge...
I assume you are supposed to get that top plastic cover loose and then the screws that hold the sunvisors in place will be exposed. Is that correct? How should I be prying this cover loose??
Any suggestions??
