suspension noise
i have bilstein shocks and h&r springs on my car, and have noise coming from the rear suspension. what do you guys recommend, lithium grease ?

It's probably either the H&R's binding, or the rear transverse links failing...
but the first step if figure out where the noise is coming from- just throwing grease in there may just mask a more serious problem.

does it creaks? mine does it too...i replaced the rear links and it's still there
it's either the springs but i doubt it...my better guess is the control arm bushings...i never replaced those yet
