T-Belt job this weekend what should i replace while im there?

Im doing the T-Belt this weekend and replacing the following
throwing in my 7a cams
Accessory Belt
Water Pump
Timing Belt
Thermostat
Thermostat Housing
Timing Chain
Timing Belt Roller
Water Temp Sensor
Cam Seal
Crank Seal
Thermostat O-Ring
Cam Position Sensor
Accessory Belt Tentioner
just wondering if i should replace anything else while I have the front end torn apart! thanks for input in advance.

It's a timing belt, not a timing chain. Over kill on the accessory belt (serpentine belt) tensioner (unless the bearing is squealing (can be done separately) or the case is cracked = spring failure)

its timing chain, says so on the box sir. Since i am replacing the cams might as well do the chain. Im doing the tensioner because mine snapped due to bolts being not tight.
