at hwy speeds my '93 has absolutly terrible tracking. for instance, last weekend i was on the hwy that had ruts from trucks. i had to fight to keep it straight and at one point it shot out half a lane. so yeah, i KNOW my bushings are shot!!!! i had the alignement checked not too long ago and it was ok.
the problem is that i now have a long commute so having the car down for more than the weekend is not an option until i get my corrado back on the road in the spring. at which point i have no issues with putting her up on 4 jackstands and overhauling all 4 corners.
so, what can be realisticly acheived in a day that will at least help the situation, if not eliminate it?
thanks!

not the best tire situation as i got stuck with 2 catastrophic failures within 400kms on road trip at nite. gonna go to 17s in the spring.
i can see how the size might affect tramlining but would the brand have an effect on that? thought it was more a geometry thing?
i've also checked the steering damper and it is not loose.
