Default is there a method for adjusting fuel pressure?

I just fixed a vacuum leak in my car and the o2 sensor reading went from a steady .1 volts to .40 volts or so. But it still seemed a little lean and wasnt really cycling.

I am wondering if I missed a turn when screwing with my FPR and did not turn it back to where it originally was. When I did put it back to [what I thought was] the original position, the A/F meter stayed at 14.9 at idle. When I turned it some more the a/f meter started cycling back and forth over the 14.7 mark every second exactly how it should. But i'm not certain if I have it at the right pressure.

Is there any way to check the adjustment with a narrow band A/F meter or EGT or with the o2 sensor? The car has custom software so I'm not sure if the software was written at stock pressure or at another pressure.
