Did you de-Bose, or keep the Bose stuff intact?
I have a car stereo project in which I might move my Traffic Pro to my B3 car, and get an Eclipse unit for my S-car. But if I de-Bose, that expense will kill the project. Already the money I spend on repairs and upgrades is eyebrow-raising to you-know-who.

I performed a Bosectomy on both cars.
When I got the sedan the stereo was already hacked up so it was a no brainer to replace everything. But when we got the Avant I was always longing for the stereo in the other car when I was driving the Avant so I replaced it too. as far as just using an Eclipse head unit, I don't know why it would be different than using any other brand.
