Default throwout bearing - turkey gobbles

Can the bearing be replaced without replacing the complete clutch? Is there less labor involved? I have the turkey gobbles but the clutch is fine at 90k miles.
I have never replaced a clutch so I do not know the process to replace.

Default Step one: remove transmission.

At 90k, I'd do the clutch....or I'd just listen to the turkey for a while.
