New crankshaft??????? Out off range to be machined???
My advice: buy a used engine from US! Cheaper than buying the parts you may need, plus people that are doing those jobs for you don't seem to have the skills to do it! Pop, you have really been unlucky with mechanics- I'm sorry for you.

Let me know.

I can't imagine that yours is bad. Maybe a rod bearing but even that is hard to believe since your car isn't even chipped let alone equipped with a bigger turbo.

my motor has been changed the new rod bearing few months ago.
but i have no idea that why's it get bad(melted rod bearing) again.I've also asked the new mechanic about the cause.he said, may be "bad assembly"(that's why i need the torque wrench for the motor assembly) or "bad oil pump".I know that he don't want to blame my ex-mechanic.Now the crankshaft on the cyl#1(yellow circle)there're a lot of scratches.
Now I have checked the part no. from ETKA.
I found out that the crakshaft part no. for AAN
is 034 105 101 S.
that's the same part no. in AAR motor in A6,100.
but I'm just curious that ETKA shown that
A6(C4)AAR 1995 crankshaft part no .is 034 105 101S
A6(C4)AAR 1996 crankshaft part no .is 054 105 101
So how can the same motor has 2 differents on the crankshaft part no.? Can 054 105 101 applicable on AAN?
there're a plenty of AAR motors in the junkyard in my country with the good price.it would be my luck if it is applicable on AAN.

Adriano,As i told you a long times that there's only few S-car in my country that still roll on my coutry road. There're a lot of difficulties
for using S-car.Parts availability,price(very very expensive),good mechanic,etc. I spent a lot $$$ for fixing my car.I'm tighten on $$ now.Importing the used AAN
from US.It was my idea.but it will cost me a lot.even not included tax and shipping yet.
the only way is.... how to fix my existed AAN to be
good again.hopefully,no more worse for me.
I'm looking for some used AAN motor as my spare(from some wrecked S-car).
and finally,if everything get worst.I will decide to sell my car or considering other used 2.4/2.8 V6 motor in the junkyard instead.
I've seen some S4 in my country came up with 1JZ-GTE motor from supra.it's rice but running pretty great.

- First of all, what was happening? Low oil pressure at idle or metal sounds coming from the engine- what made you disassemble the engine?
- Have you checked the other remainning 4 connecting rods?
- You said that it was your other mechanic's fault, so the engine had already been rebuilt(or at least someone tried to)?
- What did they replace, and why? Maybe they only replaced damaged parts and didn't go for the damaging cause(pherhaps some oil pump failure)??? Ask them or the last owner- you must know what happened before. It was no any torque(+ or -) that caused bearing failure! Maybe, of course maybe, he decided for the wrong bearing cap, or he assembled it wrongly and didn't notice- maybe it only that, but also your k24's turbos get worned out very quickly- don't you find it weard???
- What was your oil pressure at idle when you bought the car? As it been decreased latelly?
- The coolant level as been decreased?
- How are the spark plugs lookinn?
- Did you ever get the old turbos issues solved? For instance did you ever checked if there was oil pressure on the turbo inlet hose?
- When the other mech... disassembled the engine head some months ago where all the piston's tops reaching the top of the block?
Pop, you must be very sad, but in my oppinion, if you want to repair the car and keep it working you must concentrate yourself(fvck your mechanics oppinions- they don't stop doing **** with you and your car) and YOU MUST FIND YOURSELF THE CAUSE PRIOR TO START FIXING ANYTHING!
And please.... No supra's engines around!
