Turbo Valve Seal saga continues

A few weeks ago I posted wether my valve seals or turbo was bad. The car was smoking (oil) only after it warmed up and was progessivly getting worse. I was thinking it was the turbo with how it was acting and it has 200K on the original. I stupidly (without testing other poss) sent it out to Majestic Turbo and had it rebuilt and upgraded the compressor wheel. I never did a leak down or compression test so I learned a valuable lesson when I replaced the turbo and started the car and it was still smoking
I did a compression test and got 130 PSI in all clyinders. I hear 130 is the max wear limit on the AAN so I did not think that was the culpret. I then did a home made leak down test (without the guages)and sure enough it was blowing air out the oil filler hole, time for valve seals. Does anyone have any info on the tool used to remove the valve seals without removing the head? I did a STFA but did not find any specifics. TIA

you guys are right. Most all the cyl's will leak thru the rings with compressor test. Going to have to get a real leak down tester. I'm hoping with 130 psi it should not be the rings causing smoking at idel after warming up.

What are your compression test readings?? 130PSI? If so, that is aweful low.
You need to do a dry and wet compression test and compare. If the results are drastically different with the wet test, you've got bad rings.
