it's probabally that you haven'f fully (or properly - sorry) bedded the new pads...

My summary on the Basic Method:
- Find a very long straight, safe piece of road
- There must be no intersections or places where you may have to stop or give way
- Accelerate to ridiculous speed ~ 80mph
- Slam on the brakes very hard, but dont cause ABS lock
- Slow-down < 10 but DO NOT come to a stop
- Repeat > 8 times
- Cruise at high speed but without using brakes for about 20mins
- Repeat a couple of times<ul><li><a href="http://www.stoptech.com/whitepapers/bedincontents.htm">But here's the method used by experts</a></li></ul>
