I just chipped the car and when I launch it in second aorundb 2500-3000 there is this loud rubbing or rattle sound for a second then goes away. It does not happen in 3rd when I launch at saem RPM.

Before I chipped it I notice it once or twice launching it over bumpy roads. I am thinking maybe motor mount or something? With the extra power the engine is moving more now?

Pull back the boot.

Grease dry? Play in the joint?

Or the exhaust hitting crossmember, we had one in the shop doing that awhile back.

This sounds plausible. Look for rub marks on the exhaust or crossmember.
