Default check your 4 way flasher relay, Check your Hazard lights.

They use the same relay.

Default Can you manually self-cancel the signal lights? (If so, there's something wrong with the mechanism,

i.e., the pins that normally trip the signal back to neutral.)

Burned out bulb(s)?

I know the way cars used to let you know your bulbs were dying s they would blink fast, then when burned out the indicator would stay on solid.

I have yet to kill a bulb in my S so I have no idea if it works this way.

Wait, your saying if you turn your left blinker on, you have to turn left to get it off?

Default if you're going straight and don't wish to push the stalk up by hand, yes.

but the question is, do the turn signals light up and do not blink, or does the turn signal stalk stay in the 'on' position as you straighten the wheel from a turn?
