My bad
Search for "RS2 MAF" = 16 pages. Easy to find if you already know who posted it and read the original post. Not so easy if you have to scan all posts on all 16 pages and have no previous knowledge.

I did find this post of Haps in the archives where he states around 450hp (doesn't state whp though)
