Issues with these cars seem to come in groups, not always just one thing that needs fixing.
After replacing the aux coolant pump, fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs and battery, I was finally able to get the car started. Only ran it for a minute as it did not sound good.
I open up the oil filler cap and what do I see?
Looked like someone put chocolate milk in there![Frown](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
Head gasket seems to be f***ed.
Off to 034efi for a gasket kit. Any other parts I should change whil i'm in there?
T-belt and water pump were done @ 184k miles, car has 194k now.
At least now I can get the engine all cleaned up (powder coating anyone?)
Anyone have any tips on getting the coolant passages clean? The temp sensor had a layer of stuff on it.

If so, might as well rebuild it then?
What would I need to rebuild it?
Helped rebuild a dodge stealth engine and that was new bearings and valve stem seals.
