White smoke usually implies you are burning coolant, i.e. water and ethylene or propylene glycol (aka antifreeze). Blue smoke would be oil.
Check your oil levels and look inside the cam cover. If you have a frothy brown mousse in there, you have a head gasket problem Confirm with a compression test (spark plugs out have warming the engine up).
It could also be an oil seal in the turbo.
Either way, you can not ignore this problem because it will get worse and potentially cause more damage.
Sorry.

the only thing is the head has just been rebuilt not long ago and the turbo is fully reconditiond at turbo technics not that long ago either,
the coolent levels stay ok,the oil seems to drop a bit, inside the cam cover is fine,
it just seems to be after i parked it up for a few weeks on a hill this has started,i will take it for a compesion test anyway.
could it be a PCV valve causing this to happen?just seems to be when the car is ticking over, dont notice it when driving,
thanks
