Will 245/45's look weird on a stock hight car?

Stock car came with 225/50/16. All the tire +1 stores suggest 235/45/17 and thats OK but 1.86% too large. S-cars.org suggests and the tire calculator on 1010tires agrees that 245/50/17 is the closest to original diameter, .57% too small. 245/45/17's are 3.24% too large.
I'm running 245/40/17 PZero Nero M&S, they are OK but can hydroplane in a downpour.

now my car is lowered but they'd look fine on a stock car too and the rolling diameter is fine.
If you're running the 16x7.5 Avus wheels you might want to go with the 225's.
