Will left foot breaking hurt the quattro drivetrain?

The point of the apex is that you can give it throttle right after. It's not like you get 100% power right after you're off the brake. It still builds as rpms climb. Clearly you have never driven a turbo pig. The urS isn't a bad car, but it's still nice to keep the turbo spooled. If you ever drive a DSM with a GT40 and you'll understand lag. And it doesn't take time to switch feet when your right foot is already on the throttle. Simply let up off the brake with your left foot and you can do whatever the hell you want.

and yes you are correct I have not driven an "turbo pig" but i know the concept of how (I cannot perfom this concept) to get through a corner the fastet and it is not braking all the way to the apex with your foot on the throttle so you can get that extra push on track out. It's all about keeping up your momentum. JMHO.

the power you apply along with the brake makes the car act neutrally through the turn... as if you aren't doing much at all. If you do it right you keep your momentum because the power you apply balances the braking out. Clearly the concept eludes you. Go try it out...
