I was driving around today, rolled the windows down because it's nice out, and now they won't roll up. Deader than doornails. WTF? They've never done this before,a nd they've always worked fine. What do I check? I've searched power windows, windows stuck, windows quit, and I can't think of what else to search.

Which window is stuck down, if it isn't the driver's window will it move if you use the switch at that door?
Do you hear the motor and the window doesn't move or is there no noise at all
Possible causes I can think of:
1. Broken window regulator - there is a wire that pulls teh window up, it could have broken in
the down position, you would hear the motor but have the window not move.
2. Broken wire in the loom that leads to the driver's door - a wire(s) can break resulting in
an inoperative window when trying to use teh driver's switch for a window other than
the driver's window. In my experience you could open/close the window if you used
the switch at that door.
3. Dead power window motor

It appears to be all windows, I would say relay or the wires in the drivers door.
Can you put up the other windows from any of the other switches in the car?

I should be more clear. NONE OF THE WINDOWS OPERATE AT ALL, ANY LONGER. No ups, no downs, nothing.
Both front windows are down. None move. I've tried the master switch, as well as the switches on each door. Nothing is moving, no sounds. Hence dead as a door nail. Completely lifeless. Holding my key on the outside door lock to automatically shut everything also does nothing. Fuse is fine.
Nope. No motor sounds, and none of hte windows work any longer.
Doubtful. The windows would be able to work if I used the other switches then, and these don't.
All four failing all at once? Again, no way. What else could cause this? How do I get my door apart? I don't see any fasteners.
Possible causes I can think of:
1. Broken window regulator - there is a wire that pulls teh window up, it could have broken in
the down position, you would hear the motor but have the window not move.

Oh, and the ignition switch is fairly new, my radio works, and my climate control works, so I dont think it is the ignition switch.
EDit: Also just checked wiring going into door by pulling back rubber boot. All wiring looks fine. Seriously guys, need help fast. This is awful I can't even lock my car because they are ALL the way down.
