did any body replaced ther windshield on ther s-car?
what is a good brand?
or witch company ?
dealer wants $745 for oem windshield,nobody else
has the sigla or sekurit windshield.

I got my front replaced with a OEM Sigla last week.

I told the place I brought the car too I wanted Sigla OEM or nothing else, they got it from their vendor.

My total for front glass replacement and drivers rear 1/4 glass would have been a bit under $2,000. The front alone would have cost me $1,200 alone. Believe it or not the rear 1/4 glass was just under $700.

Try to get glass from a 100...PO did that and said he saved a lot of money doing so.

No complaints about the glass. I only had the original glass for a few weeks before it needed to be replaced, so I suppose it's possible that the OEM glass has some amazing property that this glass doesn't, but doubt it.

I do have a scratch from where the wiper blade popped off during heavy rain, but I think that would have happened to any brand of glass.

If I did it over again I would stay with the car and watch the installer put it in. Those guys are not the most careful people, and I have a few paint scratches and bumpy sealer to prove it.

... the new windsheild. I get a audible rush/whoosh of air over 35mph :-(
