My Audi Connect and Audi Connect Navigation Licences expired on the 30th April, post 3 yr term. Since then I have been trying to renew the licences, 4 visits to the dealership, multiple calls and emails to Audi Digital Services, escalation, complaints no progress..... They can't seem to get the licences to appear on the online demand shop linked to my account so that I can purchase the licences....with my wife's range rover it just takes two clicks..... has anyone else has this issue. The problem is still logged with the technical teams in Germany.

I worked at the Audi dealership for over 4 years and can assure you that Audi Connect has the worst customer support you can imagine, they are absolutely USELESS. I still own 2 Audi's and can't log in. Don't bother with either the dealer or customer service.

I agree! Holy Sh¡t! The worst. WORST! Maybe worse than Comcast. Our App quit working for no reason. Wi-Fi expired, can’t sign in because servers are down. First guy was class A D¡ck. 2nd lady had a screaming kid in the back ground and ended up hanging up on me I guess accidentally. 3rd person helped but had major attitude. I worked in the field early on and I was nothing but polite. What the hell is going on at Audi customer service?
