I'm sorry to hear about your accident. Based on the symptoms you've described, it seems like there may be some significant damage to your Audi Q2 e-tron that is preventing it from starting properly and displaying a "Drive System Malfunction" message. Here are some possible reasons for the issues you're experiencing:
Safety systems activated: In modern vehicles, certain safety systems can deactivate the engine and prevent it from starting after an accident. This could include features like the fuel pump shut-off switch or other safety interlocks designed to prevent further damage or injury.
Electrical system damage: The impact of the accident may have caused damage to the electrical system of the vehicle, which could affect its ability to start and display error messages.
Engine damage: The accident could have caused damage to the engine or its components, preventing it from starting properly.
Transmission or drivetrain damage: Damage to the transmission or drivetrain components could also prevent the vehicle from starting or engaging properly.
Given the severity of the situation and the safety implications, it's crucial to have your vehicle inspected and repaired by a qualified professional as soon as possible. I strongly recommend contacting your Audi dealership or an authorized Audi service center to have them assess the damage and perform any necessary repairs. They will have the expertise and diagnostic equipment needed to determine the extent of the damage and ensure that your vehicle is safe to drive again.
