Default ChargePoint App Issues

I'm hoping for some help with the connection between my ChargePoint HomeFlex charger and the app. Starting 2 days ago, it stopped connecting with the charger. When I try to reconfigure Wi-Fi in Settings, I receive a message that the app cannot find a Wi-Fi network. This happens even when I stand next to the charger in the garage where I have a very strong Wi-Fi signal.

I’m had this happen as well after 6 weeks of working great. I “uninstalled” it from the the app, reset the circuit breaker, and unplugged it from the outlet. Let it sit for a couple hours. Then re-set it up as if it was new. It has been rock solid for 3 months since I did that. Good luck. It’s a great charger.

Many thanks for your advice. How did you "uninstall: the charger from the app? The "Remove from Account" section of settings is grayed out because the app cannot connect with the charger.

Yea, now that you mention it, I think I ended up removing the app from my phone. Had a lot going on, and my memory is not what it used to be.
