Hi all, I noticed over the past couple of days that I am not getting close to the range I used to after charging. I have a 2022 q4 Etron50. It’s like 30 degrees f here and I just charged to 75% and have a 75 mile range?

Thinking I need to bring it in for service, but figured I’d ask for some help first to see if anyone else has had this problem.

Under ideal conditions, 75% SoC should mean a range of 175 miles. Under freezing conditions here in Canada, I’m seeing only a ~15% reduction… so, yes, something needs a look by a professional
