Theoretically yes. But I think that if you exceed this Audi standard by 1mm, nothing will happen.

I wonder what a safe level of wear would be. Any thoughts?

Can you confirm these fit the SQ7 /SQ8 brakes? Not clear on web site.

Are you asking about the Brake Performance Rotors? https://brakeperformance.com/brake-r...nc-coating.php

I just called and they're out of stock for another 3 weeks at least. The fronts are directional and two different part #'s. The back are only one part number.

I'd like to try these out, but wished someone else would report if they worked well or not. I'd be pretty bummed if they shimmied. Anyone have any feedback?

from links above, i can source rotors that are confirmed to fit an SQ8. However, for some pads the selling company’s site does not confirm figment to an SQ8. Looking for lower dust, so I guess I’m heading to a ceramic pad.

Did anyone every try the aftermarket rotors? I refuse to pay $4K CDN after 35,000 km's to replace my brakes.

Not yet, but I think I'm going to try brakeperformance.com. They have great ratings and they are fully warrantied. Plus, they also look damn good vs the solid rotors.

Has anyone gone ceramic yet? Brake Performance does not recommend their ceramic pads for heavy, fast SUV's or tow vehicles due to not working as well when hot? See their description: "Ideal for medium to light duty US Domestic, Japanese/Korean, Cars, Trucks and SUV's. Our Premium Ceramic Brake Pads are designed to give you great stopping power with the longest wearing, lowest brake dust and most advanced material available. Ceramic Brake Pads are NOT recommended for heavy cars, trucks and SUV's because they do not have a high temperature fade resistance and friction level." Heavy is

Has anyone had any luck with ceramic pads? Do they fade? Thoughts? Thanks.

Those are interesting. They say they will fit the RSQ8. $59 vs $1,000 for OEM.

Really? Not what I am seeing. The only parts offered for the RS Q8 are the semi metalic pads and some brake lines. No rotors or ceramic pads.
