Default Music/Radio stops playing during incoming call even when transferred to handset

When a call comes in music stops playing even when transferred to the handset and not answered through the car. Doesn't matter if it is AM FM Radio / XM / Bluetooth music. I have others in the car and they don't want to hear me talk on the phone. I'd rather answer the phone and talk through the headset and allow others in the car to still enjoy the radio or whatever music being played. Does anyone know how to solve this?

I have a Samsung Note 10+

This has been the case for all of my cars since the dawn of A2DP.
