Profiles - what am I doing wrong
Key setup with my wife. When she gets in car it says her name.
But seats are all the way back. She adjusts seats up to way she likes. Drives Car. Stops and leaves car. Next time she gets in the seats go all the way back again.
She has gone the old fashion way and programmed her seats to the 2 button once she has set. So she can get seat back to way she wants by holding that button down.
But why is her profile never saving the seat setting - is there a way to force other than deleting her profile and starting a new one maybe.

Perhaps like on older models after you exit the vehicle you have to lock it via the key fob, not the door handle. This sets the seat memory to the key fob on my C7 S6 and MkI SQ5.

Yeah just try giving your wife the spare key (if you haven’t already) and have her lock and unlock the car with the key fob to save all her settings. I don’t see why it wouldn’t be saved to her key every time after that. The user profile settings seemed confusing when I briefly played around with them, hopefully they won’t even be necessary.

I will give the key thing a try. Even though she had her key and it came up her profile when entering car. I had my key on me as well. So maybe the system is failing to write new settings with my key present as well.
