There are two places that I'm aware of to determine your specific cars equipment for both optional and standard. The first is the window sticker and the second is the MyAudi app with your VIN#.

It looks like the dealer for our new Q8 is saying that the luggage cover and rear cargo area mat are not included with the car - it's the Premium Plus (not sure if that matters). We looked into it closer and found those items listed in MyAudi App using our VIN#.

Can anyone confirm that you had those items listed on your window sticker if they came with your Q8? Thanks in advance.

Just got a 2020 Prestige. It came with the cargo cover, but not the rear cargo mat. Neither are listed on the window sticker, but both are listed on the MyAudi app.

Retractable cargo cover comes standard. Cargo mat never does in my experience.

2019 Q8 Prestige came with both cover and mat.

Interesting... what do you mean by MyAudi App? I wonder I if this would be the case for a 2021 Q8 Prestige?

Anyone who got the mat got it as a free add-on from the dealer. That’s a nice add. I’ve never had a new Audi or any other make SUV come with a “free” cargo mat.

MyAudi App is available for mobile devices and can be downloaded for your Audi. When you download it, you input your cars VIN# to access multiple functions which includes viewing your cars specific optional and standard equipment.
