Rocker arm issue on the Q8?

So does this rocker ram issue affect the Q8 in say North America? Considering the first MY was 2019?

This is why I'm lost. Gemini says that July 2019 is when he/she/it sees forums mentioning the PN being updated. The YTer (VAG Technics) says 2019s are not affected (I asked in the comments).
Not sure who to believe or how to check.
