It is hard to say as we here don't have an experience with e-trons. An electric car is governed by different rules than models with ICE. In addition, some new Audi models have SFD protection, which limits or sometimes prevents coding without purchasing a token that gives access to the car's drivers. And buying a token is like informing the manufacturer that you are tinkering with the software.Perhaps ask on German e-tron forum: https://www.motor-talk.de/forum/audi-e-tron-b1055.html

Should work. The e-tron is very close to the Q8, it has exactly the same suspension control unit with the same production numbers and firmware versions.
I connected with obd11 to my friend's e-tron MY22. Most control units there are identical to Q8.
p.s. E-tron GT - this is another car.
there is no SFD protection in E-Tron.

OMG - Codes didn’t work, but I poked around in the basic settings under programming mode and it has the option “Switch to normal level control function.” I said “eff it,” and hit the slider. It Immediately set my suspension where I usually keep it, and cleared the error. I am so grateful for your help, man.
