It depends on how often you use ACC and the road conditions that you drive through. If your car is constantly clean and it never rains then ACC won't burn through washer fluid if you use it frequently. If you never use ACC then your lidar scanner won't be cleaned at all.

I fall into all three of these categories. It never rains, My car mostly is washed once a week (sometimes once every two weeks), and I never use ACC. I have 8k miles and haven’t needed a washer fluid refill.

I couldn't care less about the cost of the fluid. What I do care about is how the water spots or residue from the fluid will detract from the appearance of a freshly detailed car.

Disable it through OBD11 then.
