I am having an issue when I pair my iPhone with my R8 via bluetooth. I can hear the other caller very well over the B&O stereo system, but my callers complain that my voice is extremely soft as if the microphone is not sensitive enough. I have tried talking extremely loudly (almost yelling) to no avail. The volume is so low that I cannot converse. I have tried it at driving speeds and while parked.
If I try my wife's Nokia cell phone, it seems to be loud and clear in both directions.
Is anyone else pairing an iPhone with the R8, and if so, how is it performing for you?
Is anyone else having microhone sensitivity problems with non-iPhones?
Thanks!

Your dealer should be able to do it also. Also, make sure your iPhone has updated software and clear out the call history.

http://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/</a

I tried the dealer and they said it wasn't possible to turn the mic up because it would only pick-up more background noise. I turned the "bluetooth" volume up on the iphone by hitting the rocker switch on the side and that actually seemed to help.
