Your VCDS software version (18.9, from 2018)) is quite old; current is 24.5; you should consider updating this.
It is general practice to paste VCDS auto-scan text into the post directly inside a CODE block, vis:
The modules that cannot be reached suggests possible damage to the CAN bus wire harness to those modules.
The CAN Gateway is not configured to find the Bose amplifier, so we assume the Radio module is coded to output analog audio signals to the speakers at the QuadLock connector; you might want to look behind the right rear trim panel for evidence of moisture around the BCM2 and backup camera controllers.
The early faults in the Radio module look to be related to the antenna input, likely caused when these connectors were removed while power was still applied to the Radio module.

I have great news to report. All is solved with the MMI intermittent fault I had.
I have found out a previous owner had tipped a lead/acid battery over in the boot and acid had spilled onto the radio module.
Over a period of the 2 years owning the car some acid had found its way into the plug and corroded some of the terminals.
I have neutralized the acid, cleaned the terminals, cleared the fault codes and a final scan shows no faults now at all.
All is working perfectly.
You have helped me a huge amount with solving this issue. I only wish I had posted on the forum earlier to save me going around in circles spending plenty and getting nowhere. I am very grateful with all your help.
